Scuba Diver

Thinking of getting certified for an upcoming holiday, but don't have the time to put into a regular diver course? Now there's a quick and easy program designed especially for you! This is your chance to slap on some fins, strap on a mask and experience an intense adventure in a short amount of time.

What does the course involve?

The PADI Scuba Diver program is a pre-entry level certification that is perfect for holidays or people who only plan to dive a couple times a year. As a subprogram of the PADI Open Water Diver program, the PADI Scuba Diver rating allows you to get certified quickly and easily by minimizing time constraints. With the PADI Scuba Diver certification you can dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, Instructor or higher professional on your next holiday or dive trip. To gain the Scuba Diver certificate you complete three pool dives and knowledge development sessions and by making two open water dives in the sea. You can choose to complete the Open Water programme in a number of convenient formats, the most popular of these is a series evening classes where you complete the academic and pool sections followed by the sea dives which can be conducted over one weekend. The evening class option usually takes 3 weeks in total. If you prefer you can also complete the full course in just 3 days by opting for the Intensive Scuba Diver, this programme runs from 9.30am till 5.30pm each day and works well if you can take the time off and where you need to reach the standard as quickly as possible.

Who can sign on this course?
