What are the medical requirements for scuba diving?
Most people will have no medical issues that would prevent them from diving but there are some conditions that could cause problems and should be checked out. You can download the full PADI Medical Statement here as a PDF file, fill in all the questions as honestly as you can and if you have to answer YES to any of the sections then make an appointment with your family doctor and ask them to check things out.
