Kilkee in County Clare is a popular holiday resort on the Atlantic coast. The town's spectacular horseshoe bay is protected from the onslaught of Atlantic storms by a natural limestone peninsular called the Dougana Rocks. Just a 10 minute boat journey from the pier brings you to some of the most dramatic wall dives in the country. There are far too many dive sites to count as you move south along the coast towards Loop Head.
Many of the dives around the area require that you should be Advanced certified or higher with reasonable experience of West coast diving. We will be working with the Kilkee Dive Centre which is now under new management and well equipped for large groups.
We will be operating the "Oceandiver" 7.5M RIB along side the local boats so there should be plenty of opportunities to reach the best spots.
We will be travelling to Kilkee for the June Bank Holiday 2014, more details will be posted closer to the date.
